Potential or current job applicants at Les Entreprises JPC

We collect and process certain personal information as part of filling available positions in our company. We collect your personal information when you apply for a position, whether through the “Careers” page on our website or by any other means. We may also conduct checks with references provided by you, and on publicly available sources, such as social networks or Google. As provided for in applicable regulations, we may retain your personal information obtained as part of an application for a position and for future consideration.

Your personal information may be stored in the cloud. This personal information may therefore be processed by third-party providers, on our behalf and stored in Canada. We have implemented internal measures to ensure the protection of your personal information by these providers, and to ensure that your personal information is not used in a manner contrary to this Policy.

Retention of Personal Information

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the information was collected. We retain this information to meet our legal obligations, provide our services or settle any dispute.

Your rights as a data subject

Access to your personal information is free of charge, but you may be asked to pay reasonable fees for the transcription, reproduction or transmission of documents containing your personal information. These costs will be notified to you prior to any transcription, reproduction or transmission of your personal information.

Deletion

You may request to have your personal information deleted from our databases. In making such a request, we must take into account several factors, including the applicable legislative provisions regarding record-keeping obligations. It is therefore possible that a deletion request cannot be fully processed at the time of your request.

Withdrawal of your consent
